Terms of membership
01Who may join
Eligibility, minimum age, single-account rule, and the honesty requirement about who you are and your relationship status.
02Admission is discretionary
Applications are reviewed by a person and may be declined or revoked without a reason being given.
03Introductions and the twenty-four hour window
What a COZY Drop is, that introductions expire after twenty-four hours, and that no particular number or quality of matches is guaranteed.
04Fees and refunds
That applying is free and there is no subscription, how per-experience charges are taken, and refund and cancellation conditions.
05Venues and conduct
Seat allocation, cancellation, the no-show policy, and behaviour expected of members at partner venues, whether that is a restaurant, a comedy set or a gallery.
06Conduct and removal
Grounds for removal, the reporting process, and appeals. See also the safety page.
07What ARI is and is not
ARI produces suggestions and readings. ARI is not advice, not a therapist, and not a guarantee of compatibility or safety.

Privacy policy
01What we collect
Your Blueprint answers, your yes and no decisions on introductions, your Debrief entries, what you write to ARI, and basic account and payment data.
02What we use it for
Making and explaining introductions, booking tables, improving the matching, and safety review.
03What other members can see
The stated intent is that nothing you write to ARI is shown to another member, and that only ARI's own introduction text is shared. To be confirmed and drafted.
04Who else sees it
Processors and sub-processors, meaning hosting, payments and model providers, plus venues, who receive only a booking name.
05Retention and deletion
How long each category is kept, and how to have your data deleted.
06Your rights and how to exercise them
Access, correction, deletion and objection, and the address to use.
